- Pilar Mena
- Artist born in 1977 in Sitges (Catalonia), where she lives and develops her work. Between 1995 and 1999 she studies art in the Fine Arts School of Barcelona, in the drawing speciality. In 2002 makes her first exhibition in the charming Vidal Study in Sitges, and this same year she win the First Prize in the Contest of Posters for the Sitges September Harvest Festival. Since that moment, she takes part of several individual and collective exhibitions. She combines her pictorial works with other modalities like sculpture, design or illustration. She has several published books in this last speciality. Actually she works in her atelier in the Vinyet neighbourhood. In this space, she enjoys the light and colours of Sitges, searching for the Mediterranean essence which inspires all her personal style.

ResponderEliminarAquest quadre va ser un encàrreg que em van fer però n'he pintat d'altres semblants inspirats en la Cava. El dia 5 de Decembre al Mercat Vell s'inaugura la Fira de Nartdal i en tindrè algun d'aquest estil...
